Private Events at Paint Party Plus

We have public events throughout the entire week. These events are listed in the upcoming events section of our website and also on our facebook page. Following us on facebook is a great way to stay up to date on what is happened at Paint Party Plus! You simply pick from the events you wish to attend and book online. Most events are ages 8 and up. Kids Club events are suitable for the whole family and we encourage you to paint with your child.

You can bring a group to a public event. This is a great option when you have fewer than 8 guaranteed painters. When you book, simply list the names of everyone in your group and we will seat you together when you arrive. You can celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other special occasions at a public event.

Art must be selected no later than 1 week from the date of the event

We can accommodate up to 50 painters in our studio. Once you reserve your party by paying your non-refundable deposit for 3 painters, we will work with you to select the perfect artwork for your event. We will send you images to select from. All images are licensed and cannot be used without written permission.

You will have exclusive use of the studio for 4 hours starting 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your event.

A deposit of 3 painters is required to reserve your party. This amount will be applied to the final amount of your party and is non-refundable.

Ages 5-17

Price $25 per painter.

Minimum of 8 paid reservations. The organiser of the party is responsible for the minimum.

Maximum attendees for the studio is 40 including non-painting guests.

4 non-painting chaperones may attend a Kid's party with no additional charges. Any additional non- painting guests will be charged a $5 sitting fee.

You may bring in soft drinks, cake, ice cream, and snacks to set up on the provided table in the studio. a freezer is available to store ice cream. 

A deposit of 3 painters is required to reserve the date and will be applied to the final cost of the party. 

Cancelation Policy- 

If the artwork is pre-stenciled on canvas, you will receive paint kits with everything you need to paint at home. These kits must be picked up within one week of the scheduled event or they will be inventoried for retail sale.

If the artwork is not pre-stenciled, you will receive a store credit for use at a future date if the cancelation is before the day of the event. 

If the cancelation occurs the day of the event, no refund or store credit will be issued regardless of stenciled or non stenciled canvas.

Art Selection-

Art selection must be finalised no later than one week before the date of the event. Art selection is made by the teaching artist sending pictures via text on chosen subjects by the host. All art is licensed and cannot be used without written permission.

Canvas size is 11" x 14"

Studio Use-

The Studio is reserved for your event for up to 4 hours. the reservation time starts 30 minutes before the scheduled event time to allow you to set up before the event begins. At the start of the event time, the teaching artist will start instructing the selected artwork and teach/paint for 1 1/2 hours. Your guests may continue to work on their artwork after the teaching artist is finished.

AT LEAST 1 PARENT MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. The host is responsible for the children and any damages that might occur to the studio.

Any Age. Kids are allowed at adult parties, but will charged the same amount.

Price $35 per painter.

If guests are paying individually, an event will be set up through our website for them to pay online. payment must be received before the day of the event.
