At Paint Party+ by Elements 5 Arts and Wellness, we strive to offer unique options. In our open studio, you can come in, choose your canvas and paint palette, bring your own ideas to paint or use one of our options. Feel free to grab a coffee and socialise with others as you paint in a dynamic studio environment.

It's like a salad bar for art crafts! We will be offering fun simple projects such as ornament making. Simply stroll down the bar, select your supply options, take them to a table, create and take home! We call it Make and Take. Paint Party

We will be offering Remo Health Rhythms recreational music program for wellness. No music experience required. Programs will vary by topic such as stress, burnout, and parenting struggles. Teachers and Healthcare workers are encouraged to participate in this free 6 week program. Stay Tuned for start dates wellness activities
