Services Offered By Purple Tree Art Parties

We have public events at local venues. These events are listed in the upcoming events section of our website and also on our facebook page. Following us on facebook is a great way to stay up to date on what is happened at Purple Tree Art Parties!You simply pick from the events you wish to attend and book online. Most events are ages 8 and up. Kids Club events are suitable for the whole family and we encourage you to paint with your child.

You can bring a group to a public event. This is a great option when you have fewer than 8 guaranteed painters. When you book, simply list the names of everyone in your group and we will seat you together when you arrive. You can celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other special occasions at a public event.

All private parties require 

A guarantee of 6 paid painters

Deposit of 2 paid painters

Art must be selected no later than 1 week from the date of the event

We bring the party to your location! Once you reserve your party by paying your non-refundable deposit for 2 painters, we will work with you to select the perfect artwork for your event. We will send you images to select from. All images are licensed and cannot be used without written permission.

You will have exclusive use of the the artist and all equipment for up to 4 hours depending on the event options you choose!

A deposit of 2 painters is required to reserve your party. This amount will be applied to the final amount of your party and is non-refundable.

Ages 5-14

Price $25 per painter.

Minimum of 6 paid reservations. The organiser of the party is responsible for the minimum.

Cancelation Policy- 

If the artwork is pre-stenciled on canvas, you will receive paint kits with everything you need to paint at home. These kits must be picked up within one week of the scheduled event or they will be inventoried for retail sale. Free local delivery available upon request.

If the cancelation occurs the day of the event, no refund or store credit will be issued regardless of stenciled or non stenciled canvas.

Art Selection-

Art selection must be finalised no later than one week before the date of the event. Art selection is made by the teaching artist sending pictures via text on chosen subjects by the host. All art is licensed and cannot be used without written permission.

Canvas size is 11" x 14"

AT LEAST 1 PARENT MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES. The host is responsible for the children and any damages that might occur to equipment.

Any Age. Kids are allowed at adult parties, but will charged the same amount.

Price $35 per painter.

If guests are paying individually, an event will be set up through our website for them to pay online. payment must be received before the day of the event.
